My Background
Hi, welcome, and thank you for visiting my website! I'm a licensed massage therapist here in Wyoming MN, and have been in private practice since 2012. I received my massage training at the Sedona School of Massage, one of the most beautiful and vibrant healing communities in the country. Currently I'm working towards my master's degree in Chinese Medicine.

I was born and raised in the Netherlands, moved to the US in 2006, and lived in the beautiful state of Wyoming until I moved here to the town of Wyoming MN, end of 2024!​​​

Massage doesn't need to be painful to be effective and relieve tension. I create a massage that feels wonderful AND releases tension and trouble spots, so that both your body and mind will leave more relaxed...

If you suffer from headaches, aches and pains, stress, trauma, grief, or just want to feel more relaxed and centered, my sessions can be of great benefit in making you feel better in everyday life. I truly love my work, and nothing gives me more joy than seeing the stress dissipate after a massage session. I only work with women at this time, I appreciate your understanding!

I understand it can be a big step to make an appointment with someone you don't know! Here I'd like to show you some pictures of my workspace, so you know a little bit what to expect. The lower level of my home is my workspace. No noise from neighboring offices or traffic, or from other practitioners at a busy spa. I want you to be able to relax and unwind in a peaceful environment, free from unwanted external distractions. The only thing I can't control is a lawnmower during summertime, but we can tune that out by turning up the music a little bit : ) During your session I am quiet, unless you would like to talk, whichever preference you have. This is YOUR time...
The table warmer will keep you warm and comfortable, especially during these cold winter months! In addition, I use hot stones, fire cupping and essential oils if you'd like, of course at no additional charge.

And after your session (and before!), there will be hot tea, cocoa or water available, and you are welcome to chill a little afterwards in the large waiting area. You might see some squirrels running by the windows; I love feeding all the critters outside. I love animals!
